Las Verdes is located on the northwest corner of Military Trail and Linton Blvd. in Delray Beach, Florida. Las Verdes is an active adult community that is gated, has a clubhouse with activities, close to the Delray Medical Center and several shopping centers. The community is made up of single story villas and one and two bedroom condominiums. As of 2011 some of the subdivisions within Las Verdes have begun to allow all ages and certain pets. The beach is a 10 minute drive east as is downtown Delray Beach. Built in the mid 1980's Las Verdes offers activities that include exercise classes, clubs, shows, card games and much more.
